该Organization的名称应为位于巴特的菲律宾十大彩票平台大学教务委员会(简称教务委员会), 蒙大拿.

第二条. 宗旨、职能和职责

第一节:目的

本Organization的宗旨应为:

以谘询机构身分参与制订工作, 实现, 审查机构政策，并为学院提供手段，就其直接关注的问题采取行动.

第二节:功能

Within the framework of rules and regulations set forth by the State Board of Regents, 该Organization的职能应为:

a. To study and discuss institutional problems referred to it and, 在适当的地方, 向行政部门提出建议.

c. To serve as a channel of communication between faculty and the administration and, 通过政府, 州立大学校董会.

第四条. Elections

(第四条, Section 1 replaced by following according to faculty action 10/21/2011.)

第一节:

Membership in the 教师参议院 shall be determined by annual elections held in March at the department level. Only persons holding faculty rank are eligible to vote, except in the case of Adjunct 教师. Members shall be elected to two-year or three-year terms at the option of their respective departments. Vacancies created by unexpired terms shall be filled by special election.

第五条. Organization

第一节:官员

The officers shall consist of a Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson, and Secretary. 这些官员应在学院参议院年度Elections后的首次Meetings上从全体成员中Elections产生.

2. Maintaining archives of important papers of the 教师参议院.

4. Carrying on pertinent correspondence relative to the 教师参议院 and its activities.

The duties of all committees shall be determined by the 教师参议院. 委员会应由主席任命, 在必要的时候, 经教务委员会批准.

第六条. Meetings

(根据1972年6月11日的教员行动修订)

第一节:定期Meetings(公开)

教务委员会的例会应每月举行一次(或在正常学年期间根据需要)，并由主席决定增加Meetings或取消预定的Meetings. 应理解为，所有公开Meetings均向所有行政工作人员发出出席邀请, 全体教职员工, 还有一位学生代表. 还应理解，这一邀请既包括参加委员会讨论的权利，也包括提出动议的权利.

Ratification of amendments shall require a simple majority vote of all members of 教师.

第4节:提交Amendments
